NEW NET Issues List for 23 May 2007

It's been another hectic, out-of-town week where non-tech activities kept me so busy that I somehow failed to post a single entry since the last NEW NET issues list. A continual challenge for me to improve my time management... An always-moving target for maintaining an appropriate balance between being involved and aware of the multitude of interesting activities and advancements going on out there in the world and setting priorities/keeping commitments.
